The sionggo or monggo stuffed siopao was made for the health conscious persons. Its monggo stuffing made it a very healthy meal. Most of the siopao stuffing was made from pork or beef so vegetarian were not able to eat it. So we made a siopao which everybody will enjoy especially those who want to cut their weight.

"Dimsum" is a Chinese term for siopao and "moko" is a Filipino term which means I'm yours.
